Es un concepto evolucionado que proviene del Mindfulness o Consciencia Plena.<\/p>\n<p>Digo evolucionado porque nace de la necesidad de reestablecer buenos h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n perdidos a causa del gran impacto que la Alimentaci\u00f3n Moderna y su publicidad ha tenido en nosotros.<\/p>\n<p>Comer r\u00e1pido, cocinar deprisa, la comida preparada o casi preparada, los horarios, los impactos visuales&#8230; Han modificado nuestro orden de preferencia al escoger los productos que consumimos.<\/p>\n<p>Esl\u00f3gans publicitarios tipo: \u00abNi\u00f1os felices\u00bb, \u00abLa alegr\u00eda de vivir\u00bb influyen en el tipo de alimento que escogemos. Buscamos en un producto un placer o una anestesia. Creemos que consumiendo esto o aquello nos sentiremos como el protagonista del anuncio.
